S9700堆叠主控板注册失败
问题描述
某企业用，用S9706 V200R008C00SPC500 堆叠，发现备框备用主控板不能注册

处理过程
1.首先检查版本是否支持该EH1D2SRUC板卡,手册板卡和版本配套关系显示支持
2.检查板卡无弯针,拔插单板仍然不能注册。
3.查看设备相关reason 和日志信息

发现2/8重启原因是子卡拔出。尝试板卡下电后拔插子卡,故障解决,单板能正常注册。
根因
由于子卡没有插好，触发母板的使用限制，最终导致板卡不能正常注册
解决方案
板卡下电重新拔插子卡，问题解决

板卡不能注册首先检查版本是否支持,对板卡的使用限制特别要注意。
