问题描述
某局点S9700设备CPU利用率过高。详细信息如下：

处理过程
1.查看设备CPU占用过高的进程。发现MSYN 进程异常。
2.查看LOG信息，发现3个问题：
（1）单板CPU利用率过高。
（2）IP地址冲突。
（3）MAC地址漂移。
5.关闭 MAC地址漂移，CPU占用正常故障解除。
